These Terms and Conditions govern promotional offers, discount vouchers, free products, welcome packs and other promotional benefits provided by BeeQR (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By participating in a BeeQR promotion, customers agree to the applicable promotional conditions made available before participation.
These terms supplement our general website Terms and Conditions and do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
1.1.Promotions are available only to customers who meet the eligibility requirements specified for each offer.
1.2.Promotions may be limited by quantity, availability, geographic location, customer eligibility, household, delivery address, account or promotional period.
1.3.Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotional benefits.
1.4.Promotions have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other products or benefits unless expressly stated.
1.5.BeeQR may set reasonable limits on promotional quantities and redemptions to prevent misuse, excessive claims or unintended distribution.
1.6.Any additional conditions, including minimum spend, expiry dates, eligible products and maximum discounts, will be displayed with the relevant promotion.
2.1.The BeeQR Free Welcome Pack is an introductory promotional offer intended to help new customers experience BeeQR.
2.2.Unless otherwise specified, the offer is limited to one Welcome Pack per household or residential delivery address.
2.3.Customers must provide accurate account and delivery information and meet the eligibility requirements displayed with the offer.
2.4.Creating multiple accounts, using alternative identities or providing misleading delivery information to circumvent eligibility restrictions is prohibited.
2.5.Welcome Packs are subject to availability, promotional limits and any published eligibility conditions.
2.6.BeeQR reserves the right to decline duplicate, excessive, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
2.7.BeeQR may request reasonable additional information to verify eligibility where suspected misuse is identified.
2.8.Welcome Packs are provided free of charge. Any applicable delivery charges must be clearly disclosed before checkout. Where free delivery is advertised, no delivery fee will be charged for an eligible order.
2.9.BeeQR may discontinue or modify the Welcome Pack promotion prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing confirmed orders.
2.10.Welcome Packs cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other products at the customer’s request.
3.1.Vouchers may provide percentage discounts, fixed monetary discounts, free shipping or other specified promotional benefits.
3.2.Each voucher may have its own eligibility requirements, usage limits, minimum purchase amounts, maximum discount values and expiry dates.
3.3.Unless expressly stated otherwise, vouchers are limited to one redemption per issued code and one voucher per order.
3.4.Vouchers must be applied before completing checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively unless BeeQR agrees or applicable law requires otherwise.
3.5.Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or resold unless expressly permitted.
3.6.BeeQR may refuse redemption of vouchers that are expired, invalid, already redeemed, obtained fraudulently or used contrary to their published conditions.
3.7.Unauthorised generation, automated redemption, manipulation or exploitation of voucher codes is prohibited.
3.8.If an order is cancelled or refunded, any voucher used may be reinstated at BeeQR’s discretion, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of cancellation.
3.9.Free-shipping vouchers apply only to eligible shipping charges and destinations as specified in the relevant offer.
4.1.BeeQR promotions are intended for genuine customers acting in good faith.
4.2.The following activities may constitute promotional misuse:
4.3.Where BeeQR has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, we may temporarily withhold fulfilment while conducting a reasonable investigation.
4.4.Following verification, BeeQR may reject ineligible promotional claims, cancel affected orders or restrict access to promotional benefits where permitted by law.
4.5.Decisions will be made reasonably, consistently and with regard to the available evidence.
5.1.Despite reasonable precautions, technical or administrative errors may occasionally occur, including incorrect discounts, unintended free products, incorrect quantities or malfunctioning eligibility controls.
5.2.The acceptance of an order by an automated system does not necessarily establish entitlement to a promotional benefit that was clearly offered in error, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
5.3.Where a genuine and material error occurs, BeeQR may review the affected transaction and, where legally permitted, decline or cancel the affected order.
5.4.BeeQR will not charge customers an increased amount without their express agreement.
5.5.Where an order is cancelled due to a promotional or pricing error, BeeQR will notify the customer and provide a refund of any payment collected for the cancelled items, including applicable delivery charges, within the timeframe required by law.
5.6.BeeQR will not use this provision to avoid honouring valid promotions or confirmed orders merely because they are commercially disadvantageous.
6.1.Promotions may operate for a specified period, until allocated promotional stock is exhausted or until another clearly disclosed end condition is reached.
6.2.BeeQR may withdraw, suspend or modify promotional offers for future transactions.
6.3.Changes will not retrospectively remove promotional benefits from valid, confirmed orders except where cancellation is otherwise legally permitted.
6.4.Where possible, BeeQR will provide reasonable notice of material promotional changes.
6.5.Promotional products may be subject to reasonable fulfilment and delivery timeframes, which will be communicated to customers.
7.1.BeeQR may conduct reasonable checks to verify promotional eligibility, order accuracy and suspected fraudulent activity.
7.2.Where an order is reasonably determined to be fraudulent, ineligible or affected by a material technical error, BeeQR may cancel or restrict the affected promotional benefit to the extent permitted by law.
7.3.Customers will be notified where their order is cancelled and advised of the reason where reasonably practicable.
7.4.Any amounts paid for cancelled and unfulfilled products will be refunded as required by applicable law.
7.5.Nothing in these terms gives BeeQR an unrestricted right to cancel otherwise valid orders.
8.1.Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
8.2.Customers remain entitled to applicable remedies for products that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees.
8.3.These promotional conditions must be interpreted consistently with applicable Australian consumer protection legislation.
